We are advised that the property consists of a 1 storey residential dwelling of approx. 800 sq. ft with 5 rooms including 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a double detached garage.  We are further advised that there is a drilled well for water and the property has a septic field.  We are further advised that the property is approx. 78.9 acres and is overgrown and un-kept.  Realty taxes are paid to December 31, 2009 and 2010 realty taxes are net $1,084.64.  Sale is subject to Caveat No 2620548 filed by the RM of the Rockwood. To reach the property go North on Highway 7 to Road 88, turn East and go 4 miles to the intersection of Road 88N and Road 13 E.  The property is located on the other side of the intersection. There is a green sign on an orange post that reads " 13051 E".
