Byron is celebrating his 30th year in the auction business, the last 20+ years in Southwest Iowa.
Byron is a Real Estate Broker Associate, licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska.
He offers both traditional list and sell as well as the auction meathod to sell Real Estate and specializes in Farm Land, Hunting Land, Acreages, and Rural Development properties as well as Residential and Commercial properties throughout all of Southwest Iowa and Eastern Nebraska.
He also conducts all types of Personal Property Auctions every year from Household/Estate to Farm Machinery, Business liquidations, Antiques, Guns, as well as Benefit and Fundraising auctions.
